Great customer service. Fair prices. Good communication. I've tried other auto repair shops, one just recently before going right back to Ford. I was given an estimate on the phone. A $250 higher quote on the phone before work was started but another $200 hike without communicating with me after doing the work and I went to pick up. Ford let's customers know hourly cost for labor, after looking at the vehicle, communicates clearly what is recommended and cost, and that's what customer pays. Period. The way it should be. Straight forward, clear, communication. Friendly service and being someone who isn't super familiar with the workings of a car, I appreciated that they didn't speak to me like I'm a idiot.

Great staff, huge inventory of cars, trucks, and more. Showroom is very nice with clean bathrooms and a seating area for service. All staff we met were friendly, helpful without being pushy. An enjoyable spot for vehicle shopping.
Dane, our salesperson, was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales staff we have encountered through the 5 dealerships we visited. Sales manager Juan was friendly, efficient, listened to our needs. Buying a vehicle from this team was just perfect.

I'm so impressed with the service we got at Skyline Ford this past Friday! These guys have to see and hear it all! Husband and wife yelling at each other right in front of them! Lol I can confirm they are professional and honest from start to finish. Literally we got lost on the way and Andrew guided us there! They really respect your schedule, highly appreciated. I appreciate the whole experience and would highly recommend this group. Thank you Andrew, Sage , last manager so sorry can't remember name (all awesome!) and basically everyone. Colby the salesperson was great to work with. He was patient with my indecisions for the past 6 months and never pushed me into a deal. When i finally pulled the trigger, I wanted to add some accessories in the deal, and they were accommodating to do that. I love my new truck and will be going back to Skyline for next vehicle.
